Critical Update for Cellular and Mobile Products

3G service discontinued effective February 22, 2022

On February 22, 2022, AT&T discontinued 3G service industry wide for any cellular device that uses the 3G network, including medical alert services. This includes the following products:

Mytrex

CBS

Mobile Alert

Mobile365

MobileElite

If you are using one of the systems listed above, please call 855-502-7750 as soon as possible to speak to a Medical Alert Customer Support Specialist.

Medical Alert has been swapping 3G devices for 4G LTE devices over the past year. If you have already swapped your 3G device for a 4G LTE one and activated it, then you are all set.

If you have not swapped your equipment, Medical Alert needs to replace your current system as soon as possible. If you have a Mytrex, CBS, Mobile Alert, Mobile365, or MobileElite that HAS NOT been swapped, it is no longer able to connect to our Response Center should you need help.
